Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
How quickly can you mobilise?
For urgent cases, our target is wheels-up within 2 hours of mission confirmation. Standard repatriations typically mobilise within 4–12 hours depending on aircraft availability and destination permits.
Does a doctor always travel with the patient?
For all ICU-level and ventilated patients, Dr. Firas personally escorts the transfer. Stable patients may be accompanied by a senior nurse or paramedic — this is agreed during the medical assessment.
Which countries do you cover?
We cover over 150 countries worldwide. If a patient can be reached and there is a viable landing zone, we will plan the mission. No destination is automatically excluded.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work with most major international travel and medical insurers and can liaise directly with your insurance coordinator. We also accept direct private payment.
What types of patients do you transport?
We transport all adult and paediatric patients including those on ventilators, with cardiac conditions, post-surgical, neurological, trauma, and other complex medical presentations. We assess each case individually.
How do we request a medevac?
Call our 24/7 line, WhatsApp us, or fill in the contact form on this page. Provide the patient's location, brief medical status, and desired destination. Our team will respond within minutes.
