Royal Medic Solution coordinates and provides medevac, air ambulance, medical escort, ground ambulance, and related aeromedical transport services. Services are arranged individually for each mission, based on the patient's condition, location, and requirements, and are subject to a separate mission agreement and quote.
Submitting an inquiry through our website or contact channels does not constitute a confirmed booking. A mission is confirmed only once our operations team has reviewed the request, provided a quote, and received written or verbal confirmation from the requesting party.
Mission costs are calculated individually based on distance, aircraft type, medical crew, equipment, urgency, and other factors described on our website. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated at the time of quotation. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing prior to mission departure.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the patient's medical condition, history, and requirements. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to safely plan and execute a mission and may result in additional costs.
Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of quotation and confirmed in the mission agreement. Because aircraft, crew, and permits are reserved specifically for each mission, cancellation fees may apply.
While Royal Medic Solution maintains high standards of medical and aviation safety, medical transport inherently carries risk, particularly for critically ill or injured patients. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Medic Solution's liability in connection with any mission shall be governed by the terms of the specific mission agreement signed by the client.
Submission of a CV or application for a position with Royal Medic Solution does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, or engagement. All clinical roles require valid registration and credentials from the relevant regulatory authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions in which Royal Medic Solution operates, including the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
